About Orlene Badu Consulting

I am a Racial LIteracy Expert with a passion for Leadership.  Having been a headteacher of a primary school with experience as a head of primary at a pupil referral unit I am passionate about Education. I work across London, the UK and globally supporting schools and settings to realise their potential. I also have extensive experience as a Leadership and Management Adviser for Local authorities and have extensive experience as a school improvement advisor. I am driven to improve outcomes for all children. I am a curriculum enthusiast and support school leaders and subject co- ordinators to create a diverse curriculum that inspires and enthuses.  I am also a published author, with my book, 'How To Build Your Antiracist Classroom' due for release in June 2023.  It is available to pre-order on Amazon or Corwin publishers.
