About Orlene Badu Consulting

My passion is leadership. Having recently been a headteacher of a primary school and having completed a head secondment at a pupil referral unit I am passionate about Education. I work across London supporting schools to realise their potential. I also have extensive experience as a Leadership and Management Adviser for Local authorities and I am also a school improvement advisor. I am driven to improve outcomes for all children. I am a curriculum enthusiast and support school leaders and subject co- ordinators to create a diverse curriculum that inspires and enthuses.
